Access to the rental service is reserved for people aged 18 and over. For minors, the rental contract is concluded by their legal guardian under his/her responsibility. In the latter case, the minor must produce an authorisation from the legal guardian together with a copy of his or her identity card.

The equipment must be collected from the pick-up points or delivery points detailed in the «Pick-Up / Drop Off» section below.»

All bookings must be made no later than 7pm on the day before the 1st day of rental for rentals collected from a collection point, and no later than 4pm for rentals collected from a delivery point («on the spot»). The Hirer may book via the website, by telephone or by email.

The cost of hire is paid in full at the time of booking, or on the day of collection of the equipment, if the customer so wishes. In this case, however, the customer will be asked to pay a deposit by credit card at the time of booking, to avoid no-shows. This will be cancelled when the customer pays for the service.

For all rentals, a deposit (guarantee) in the form of a bank imprint will be required from the Hirer when the equipment is collected.

The lessor reserves the right to refuse to hire equipment to the hirer if it considers that the hirer's level of ability and/or physical condition and/or the weather conditions and/or the location where the equipment is to be hired do not allow the hirer to practise the sport in optimum safety conditions, not only for himself/herself but also for people and property in the immediate vicinity.
